  7. I still haven’t tried my ‘new’ macha tea yet. I’ve got some carpenter bees I can see from my picture window… I’m not sure where they are nesting. I did get some solitary bee houses… but they are in the far back of the yard.

    Bees are fasincating to watch!

  8. I have never heard of Tulsi tea and I love the name “Holy Basil”!! So I went on a research treasure hunt and found that Tulsi tea offers numerous health benefits, including its ability to boost immunity, reduce stress, improve respiratory health, aid digestion, and promote overall well-being. Rich in antioxidants and essential oils, tulsi tea can help fight inflammation, protect against infections, and support cardiovascular health. Additionally, its calming properties make it a popular choice for relieving anxiety and promoting relaxation.

No wonder this is your new favourite tea!! I am going to join you, Colleen!

    1. A Vedic astrologer told me years ago that I would benefit from Tulsi tea. So, I bought some. It works! I feel better after drinking a cup after my smoothie. It has so many health benefits. I purchased my tea through Amazon. I can’t find it locally. Let me know if you love it, Rebecca. I can’t wait to hear! Enjoy! 💖
